Martin Walker
APR, FRPSL. (SA). Philatelic
Jury President. Collector, researcher, writer and exhibitor for nearly
forty years. Specialises
in the philately of South Australia and the Australian Commonwealth
and has formed numerous collections and exhibits in these fields.
He has also collected and exhibited stamps from many countries including
Great Britain, Nepal, Mauritania and Paraguay. Australian Philatelic
Federation (APF) accredited judge and the current chairperson of the
South Australian State judges. |

Linda Lee (NSW). Jury Secretary. Many collecting and exhibiting interests. Specialises in thematic exhibiting but also has traditional
collections of Pre-Independence Algeria and Australia’s “Pioneer Life”
definitive series - which fits in with general interest in Australian
History and “Mother’s Day”. APF, FIAP accredited judge and FIP accredited
Youth Judge. Currently APF Youth Development Officer and Secretary of
the Philatelic Development Council of PHILAS. |

Barbara Bartsch (SA) Collector,
writer, researcher and exhibitor for over 20 years, mainly Australian
Commonwealth Traditional and Postal History Exhibits, and specialising
in Maximaphily APF accredited Judge of Postal History, Traditional,
One Frame and Maximaphily. She is also keenly interested in Youth Philately
and Philatelic Education. |

Gary Brown FRPSL. (VIC). Collector, writer and exhibitor. Currently VP of Australia 2013, Executive member of
FIAP, Past President of APF and Secretary of the FIP Traditional Commission.
Specialises in Aden [PH, Trad, PS and marcophily (meters)], Tunisia
[Trad], Airgraphs [Aero], South African Airletters [PS], Protea series
[Trad], Revenues and Cricket [Open]. All of the fore mentioned
excluding South African Revenues and Cricket have been exhibited with
Vermeil level and above received. FIP accredited judge in Traditional
and Postal History and joint organiser of APF Judges training courses. |

Gary Watson (VIC). Gary has been a professional philatelist for 30 years. However, he is also a lifetime collector with interests in Australian postmarks and postal history, Victorian postal stationery, British Africa, Ceylon and the Arabian Gulf. He has contributed numerous articles on a diverse range of subjects to journals and magazines around the world and has co-authored two award-winning books. His current passions are Melbourne datestamps, Ceylon postal history, Gulf aerogrammes and Australian Destination Mail. He is an APF-accredited judge for Postal History, Postal Stationery and Philatelic Literature |

Colin Fraser (USA Accord Judge). Colin
has been involved with philately as a collector and professional for
more than 35 years. Originating from the UK where he first qualified
as a national judge, he has since judged extensively in the United States
where he now lives. His current collecting interests extend though British
Africa with a special emphasis on British Central Africa. He has served
on the Board of the American Stamp Dealers Association and currently
serves on the Board of the Philatelic Foundation in New York. |

David Collyer MAP (NSW). Collects
in a wide range of interests but concentrates on airmails into and out
of Australia to 1945. He also has collections of French airmail rates
to Australia and the 4th Definitive of the Republic of South Africa.
Convenor of the State Council Forum since its inception
in 1996. National co-ordinator of the APF research officers. |

Bernie Beston, FAP, FRPSL. (SA) Began collecting at 13. His early collections included stamps of Norfolk Island
for whom he became a philatelic advisor 30 years later. He has a wide
range of philatelic interests including British Guiana and Jordan but
is best known for his collections of Queensland. Past-President
of the Queensland Philatelic Council; Past-President of the APF and
Vice-President of the FIAP. APF accredited judge with nearly
30 years experience. Now also an accredited judge with FIAP and FIP
with experience judging and exhibiting in a number of disciplines. |

| Anthony Presgrave
APR, FRPSL. (SA) Collector, writer and exhibitor specialising in Australian
and South Australian philately and Cinderellas. Also collects the stamps of Wallis and Futuna. A regular
columnist for Stamp News he has also edited a number of society journals
and authored works on various topics of South Australian philately.

| John Bell MAP. (SA) Collector and exhibitor well-known for his South Australian
Postal history and postmarks. In later years John has formed exhibits of Portuguese Postal History
and Ceres stamps. APF accredited judge for over twenty years who enjoys
seeing other people’s exhibits and how they present their collections.

| Sue Claridge
(NZ Accord Judge) A
collector from an early age, Sue entered her first exhibition in the
early 1970s. Since then she has developed a number of collections including
Egyptian military post offices and TPOs as well as open class and thematic
collections about nursing, the fight against TB and ophthalmology –
reflecting her vocation as a senior registered nurse. A philatelic judge
since 1986, Sue is also an administrator in New Zealand philately involved
with the National Philatelic Youth Council, the National Judges’ Association
and the Christchurch Philatelic Society. |

| Michel Roland MAP. (SA) – Picture Postcards
Jury President. Collector of several exhibits to International Gold
level (Ole, Wipers, Mt Gambier, Venice, Bay
of Naples). National Picture Postcard judge and trainer
of judges in South Australia. He is also a National Philatelic
Judge accredited for Traditional, Postal History, Postal Stationery,
First Day Covers and One-Frame classes. Michel maintains and exhibits
several philatelic collections from Belgium, Australia and Papua New
Guinea. Twice winner of the Australia Post Cup with
different exhibits and editor of the SA Frama Group Journal since 2004. |

(SA) Is a Picture Postcard judge at National level. Has exhibited in Australia, USA and
New Zealand to Gold medal level. Main PPC interest is Isle of
Wight. Also has a philatelic collection of Lundy Island. |

Alma Downes
(SA) Accredited Picture Postcard
judge at National level. Has exhibited successfully in
Australia and overseas. Maintains several British
collections, including Windsor Castle, Edinburgh Castle and Cornwall. |

Judge) Started collecting as a child but did not join stamp clubs until
an adult. Collects several different postcard themes with Gold being
the highest medal level attained. Also collects Antarctic material which
has been exhibited in both Polar and Open. At present preparing new
exhibits in Postcards (SA Railways, Sydney Harbour, Kookaburras &
Churches of South Australia), Postal Stationery (Thailand Postal Cards
- Modern) and also for the 2012 GAFFA Challenge (Polar Flights). Currently
President of the Australian Philatelic Federation, Commissioner-General
for Australia 2013 and Treasurer for Adelaide Stampex and its host Council, the SAPC. |

| Pauline Edwards (SA) (Apprentice Judge) My main collecting interests are
Adelaide and Novelty postcards. I have exhibited my collections of Mechanical
Postcards and Instalment Postcards in a number of Australian exhibitions
achieving diamond awards for both. |

| Yvette Trinidad (WA). (Apprentice
Judge) Member of W.A. Philatelic Council as Youth Coordinator for Western
Australia; she is also a member of many other philatelic groups Australia
Wide and is a founding member of the Australian Postcard Society. Yvette
began collecting postcards in 1998 with her husband Jeff Trinidad, specialising
in Western Australia. First exhibited postcards at
Swan River Stamp Show 2004 at national level. |
